Zillow TikTok Educational Hub

As real estate became a national conversation over the course of the pandemic, we found Zillow being dragged into social channels we never thought we would be part of. TikTok users were making hilarious TikToks about us, but we weren’t on the platform yet to join in on the conversation.

So, in the spirit of meeting people where they are, we audited all of our social channels and formed a creative strategy for each one. With that, we launched the Zillow owned TikTok channel, which quickly grew into an educational hub for home buying.
